Shipping & Delivery
How long does it take to get my products?
We typically ship orders within 24 hours (Monday–Friday), and most are delivered within 2–3 business days. In some cases, delivery may take up to 5 business days, depending on your location within Pakistan. You’ll see estimated delivery times at checkout.
Please note: Shipping times may be slightly extended during peak seasons like holidays.

Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer free refunds for anyquality-related issueswithin10 days of delivery. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we stand by the quality of our products.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed as long as your order hasn’t been shipped yet. To request a cancellation, please contact us at waxedpearls@gmail.com for a full refund.
How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a refund?

Using your Waxed Pearls
Are Waxed Pearls candles safe?
Yes! Our wax pearls are made from highly purified, plant-based wax that burns cleanly with minimal smoke or soot. They’re free from paraffin and known allergens, and our fragrances are paraben- and phthalate-free.
What’s more, Waxed Pearls candles are designed with safety in mind—the pearls naturally self-extinguish if spilled, snuffing out the flame. If accidentally left burning for a long time, the wick will eventually fall and self-extinguish in the melt pool.
What are the ingredients?
Waxed Pearls candles are made with vegan, plant-based coconut wax that’s certified sustainably sourced and purified. Our candles contain:
- No paraffin
- No soy
- No known allergens
We use a blend of natural and safe synthetic fragrances, all free from parabens and phthalates. The result is a clean, eco-conscious candle experience you can feel good about.
Are they pet-friendly / safe around dogs & cats?
Yes, our pearls are non-toxic, clean-burning, and pet-friendly. While they are safe to be around pets, we always recommend keeping any lit candle out of your pet’s reach—just like you would with traditional candles.
If a small amount is ingested, the materials are not expected to be harmful, but it’s still best to avoid letting your furry friends snack on them!
Bonus: Our candles self-extinguish if tipped over, offering extra peace of mind in pet-filled homes.
Are they safe to burn around birds?
Our ingredients have been reviewed by avian veterinarians, who’ve noted that they’ve never seen a safer candle on the market. That said, birds can be sensitive to fragrances—just like people and other pets.
Out of caution, we suggest not burning candles in the same room as birds, especially if they’re free-flying. For extra peace of mind, we also offer a Scent-Free version perfect for bird-friendly households.
Are they scented?
Yes, we offer both unscented and scented versions of Waxed Pearls candles. You’ll find the available scent options listed in the product page drop-down menu and described in one of the product images.
Please note: All of our colored candles are currently unscented.
Can I order colored and scented Waxed Pearls candles?
At this time, our scented candles are only available in white. However, if you’d like to scent your colored candles, you can safely add your own essential oils or candle fragrance oils.
For tips on how to do this safely, please refer to the Instructions section on our website.
How strong are the scents?
Waxed Pearls candles are designed to enhance your space with a soft, elegant scent throw—perfect for use as centerpieces or ambient decor without being overpowering.
- Unlit: The scent is strongest while still in packaging.
- When lit: Expect a mild to medium scent profile that’s warm and inviting, but not intense.
If you prefer strong, room-filling scents, our candles may not be the ideal match. We're all about subtle, soothing fragrance that complements the space—not overwhelms it.
